Honey is the natural sweet substance produced (by the mallifera Apis Bee or by different subspecies) from the nectar of flowers and other extra-floral secretions that bees suck, transport, transform and combine with other substances, they dehydrate, concentrate and store it in panels. CONTAINS: Its composition is complex and the carbohydrates represent the largest proportion, among which fructose and glucose stand out, but it contains a great variety of minor substances, among which there are enzymes, amino acids, organic acids, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
